With fresh fish flown in three times a week from Japan’s fish markets, Live Sushi has gained a reputation not just for the freshest nigiri, but for our array of signature rolls and bento boxes. As the name suggests, Live Sushi also offers a special menu of live seafood dishes, such as scallops, spot prawns and clams, often plated in stunning presentations. 

Since 2008, Live Sushi Bar in Potrero Hill is the epitome of a cherished neighborhood restaurant, offering affordable, casual, family-friendly dining, welcoming service, and an extensive menu of entrees, appetizers and sushi. Chef Jerry Chen, who has been with Live Sushi Bar for more than ten years, is well-known for his flawless sushi creations, and his alluring omakase (chef’s choice) menu.
